Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using the INX Tactical Performance Tracker (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App. The App is provided by INX Tactical.

2. License to Use

INX Tactical grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your individual shooting performance tracking and community participation. You may not modify, reverse-engineer, distribute, or create derivative works of the App.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate information when registering. You may delete your account at any time from the Account & Settings menu within the App.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of content you create in the App, including shooting profiles, session records, and forum posts. By sharing profiles or posting in the community forum, you grant INX Tactical a license to display that content to other App users. You are responsible for ensuring your content does not violate any laws or third-party rights.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Harass, threaten, or impersonate other users
• Post offensive, harmful, or misleading content
• Attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the App or its systems
• Use the App in a manner that could damage or impair the App

Violations may result in account suspension or a ban from posting, as determined by INX Tactical administrators.

6. Disclaimers

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. Shooting performance data, hit-factor calculations, and analytics are provided for informational and training purposes and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for safety-critical decisions. You are responsible for following all firearms safety rules and applicable laws.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, INX Tactical shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.

8. Third-Party Services

The App may link to or integrate with third-party services (such as the INX Tactical online shop and Bluetooth shot timer devices). INX Tactical is not responsible for the practices or content of third-party services.

9. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. INX Tactical may suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
