This Privacy Policy describes how INX Tactical collects, uses, and protects your information when you use the INX Tactical Performance Tracker mobile application (the App). By using the App, you agree to the practices described in this policy. If you have questions, contact us at app@inxtactical.com.
Account information: Your email address and display name are collected when you register for the App.
Shooting performance data: You may create shooting profiles, courses of fire, shooter records, scores, and session records. This data is associated with your account and stored securely.
Community content: If you post in the community forums or share profiles, your display name and the content you submit are visible to other users.
Bluetooth data: If you connect a compatible shot timer device, the App receives shot timing data via Bluetooth. This data is processed locally and stored with your session records.
Usage data: We may collect activity timestamps to display your online status to other users and to improve the App.
We do not sell your personal information. Your shooting data is private to your account unless you actively share profiles or post in the community forums, in which case your display name and shared content are visible to other users. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights.
Your data is retained as long as your account is active. You may delete your account at any time from the Account and Settings menu within the App. Deleting your account permanently removes your account, shooting profiles, session records, shared profiles, and forum posts and replies. This action cannot be undone.
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your personal data. You can exercise the right to delete your account and associated data directly within the Account and Settings menu of the App, or by contacting us at app@inxtactical.com.
The App is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will take steps to delete it.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting the updated policy within the App. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
